For those of us who get obsessed with healthy eating

My pastor shared this article today (see link below) and I found it to be just what I needed to hear right now. I have a tendency to get caught up in my own rules for eating, just like those reprinted in this article. Yet, as this author points out, we too often forget the social, joyful aspect of sharing food with friends, family, or co-workers.
