Intuitive Eater’s Holiday Bill of Rights

I just saw this post by “Eating As A Path To Yoga” and loved it so much that I have to share it with you today. I know that the main day of holiday eating is over, but the message in this “Intuitive Eater’s Holiday Bill of Rights” is important to remember year round.

Intuitive Eater’s Holiday Bill of Rights.

Peace, joy, and health.

Thanks for the link back to my blog! I read more of your blog back to October, and I really like your emphasis on the spiritual. Now that I’m becoming more of a normal eating, I’m ready to get connected to a faith community, I’m ready to break free from hiding. I was able to stay really mindful with my eating this holiday week because food has lost its zing AND it really helped me focused on the REAL reason I was celebrating… the birth of Christ.

Thanks for your comments. It has been a remarkable journey for me, as I overcame Binge-Eating Disorder and started reconnecting with all the things I once loved, my interest in the spiritual realm being one of them. I’m glad the holidays have been enjoyable for you this year. Continued peace and joy…
